I find it rather odd the way people live with their pets in London. I am not assuming that everyone lives that way but the majority of people tend to do the same thing. The houses and flats in London are rather small unless you have loads of money and you live in your own mansion, yet people still choose to have large dogs in their homes as pets. I have nothing against pets, as a matter of fact, I’m rather desperate to get on the property ladder and get a cat or a dog or even both but I can’t bear to think of having a cat living with me in this small flat. It is just not fair on them being trapped in the small flat all day long while I am out at work.
Anyway, so you’ll find a lot of people always walking their dogs… some even walk their cats, and yes, I have seen that myself. There are a lot of parks in London so you could really take your dog there everyday for a proper run around. I came across this funny old sign on my way home the other day. You will notice that there are a lot of signs on lamp posts stating that you’ll be fined if you do not clean your dog mess and they are dead serious about that fine. That fine is normally around £100, some more and some less. You will now see why this sign is so funny, it’s probably a few years old.
£5 Penalty? Hahahahaha… the council probably forgot about this sign!
