We would like to introduce you to Susan, the giant straw sculpture at the South Bank. She is part of the four month long festivities to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Festival of Britain. The bright spark in me decided that it would be wise to bake a milk tart (traditional South African recipe) yesterday afternoon.
