Radio Stations

95.7 Capital FM - They play a bit of everything for everyone during the day. We love this station because they tend to play a lot of songs you have forgotten about and the feel good ones as well. They have a link on their website to allow you to listen to their live feed.

96.9 Choice FM - They love their Hip Hop, R&B and Reggae style music. So if it is what you are after, then I suggest you tune in right now.

98.8 BBC’s Radio 1 - This radio station is famous for their great line up of DJ’s throughout the day and their keenness for new bands.

100.0 Kiss FM - Trendy dance music is all what they are about. They appeal to the age group 15 to 30, you might like it or hate it.

105.4 Magic FM - Just as their slogan suggest, the real feel good radio station with relaxation songs throughout the day. Don’t get me wrong, they play great stuff but I personally can not listen to the station the entire day.

105.8 Virgin - This station plays a lot of the happening tracks in rock and alternative rock. They have a appetite for new british acts and they’ve got the nail on the head.

106.2 Heart - London loves the heart radio channel, they appeal more to anyone in their twenties upwards. They love their classics as well as pop genre.

Newspapers 

Metro - This newspaper is available from all tube stations and some train stations. A great free newspaper available every day of the week except weekend. Quite a popular newspaper as well.

City AM - Another free newspaper but this one is all about the financial world and not that widely available yet. You will normally see people handing them out at all tube stations.

London Lite - A free newspaper available in the evenings, great for that trip home.

London Paper - This is the evening paper from the same company that brings us the Metro newspaper.
