There is this fantastic program out there that not only gives back to the community but it restores a sense of pride as well as rewarding you for you time and effort. This program is called Orange RockCorps. This is the second year that I have volunteered four hours of my time in exchange for a gig ticket that can not be bought anywhere. The bright spark in me decided that it would be wise to bake a milk tart (traditional South African recipe) yesterday afternoon. I seem to get these moods where I want to whip up something from scratch. A few weeks ago a friend made the brilliant suggestion to head down to Seven Sisters for a daytrip. We did not need a lot of convincing as we were all sold on the idea when she mentioned the beach.
