Wasps in London

16 October 2007 233 views No Comment

I don’t think I can ever get used to all the curveballs life throws at you. Just when I think we have sorted out the ladybug problem we discover bees or wasps in our flat. We first thought that it was all the flowers I have in the kitchen window but the plants are half dead now and it is damn cold outside. Phoned up the local council to report the bees or at least I think it is bees and they told me that if it is bees, I would need to speak with the local beekeeper as they are protected.

Phoned up the beekeeper and he explained to me that it can not be bees as they have gone into some hibernation, that is what is sound like over the phone and advised me to buy poison and put it in the holes. Problem is that I can not find the holes he was on about. Well now it seems like it could be a wasp infestation by browsing around on the internet. I have already submitted a report form online by my local council to come and see if they can get rid of them.

Can this week get any better?
